An experienced hotel & resort revenue generation expert with nearly three decades of developing and executing sales plans and critical paths; increasing revenue generation and growth; creation of national sales team; and management of both brand and independent hotels, Gallagher will now also assist in the overall direction and strategic initiatives of the company.

Gallagher has distinguished Crescent as an award-winning management firm with a powerful sales culture. She has strategically enhanced the Crescent Global Sales Team and network, and strengthened processes in sales training and transitions to increase revenues quicker and more successfully. With Gallagher's leadership and significant knowledge of the hospitality industry, she is also credited for enhancing the digital team and was a part of the team that developed Latitudes: Lifestyles by Crescent, a division of Crescent Hotels & Resorts focusing on the unique needs of independent and boutique hotels.
