Caroline has over 25+ years of a unique combination of Operations experience in third party management, boutique and lifestyle hotels and various restaurant & bar environments. Prior to joining Crescent, Caroline served in senior management roles for Palm Restaurant Group, Disney, Viceroy Hotel Group, Kimpton, sbe Hotels & Restaurants, Commune Hotels & Resorts, Davidson Hospitality Group and most recently Trailborn Hotels.
Sherry is a seasoned sales and marketing leader with extensive experience across independent hotels, resorts, new builds, and branded properties. Most recently, she led the commercial team for 29 hotels at CSM Corporation, driving the redevelopment of marketing, revenue, and sales strategies.
Before that, she spent seven years at Aimbridge/Interstate, rising from Vice President of Sales to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing new builds, transitions, and notable properties such as South Seas Island Resort and The Diplomat Hollywood.
Sherry lives in Florida with her husband and two sons, all proud firefighters.
Richard joins us as a former Crescent Leader and is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 25 years of experience leading award-winning restaurant, bar, and event operations across luxury resorts, independent lifestyle properties, and high-profile venues. Known for transforming hotel dining into destination-worthy experiences, Richard blends deep culinary roots with creative vision to deliver standout food and beverage programs. Richard previously held dual SVP roles at Remington Hotels, where he built and led the Caribbean and Latin America division. Based in Boston, he brings passion, innovation, and operational excellence to every project.
With over 20-years' experience in hospitality leadership, Bryan Woodward is an accomplished, award-winning revenue producer and leader of high performing teams in the Resort, Hotel and Club verticals. Throughout his career he has been awarded notable team and individual titles, such as Crescent Hotel of the Year in 2021, Crescent's GM of the Year in 2019, and the three-time HSMAI Adrian Award Winner in Destination Marketing and Public Relations. Before beginning his career in hospitality, Bryan Woodward was an award-winning broadcast journalist with stints in radio, print media and television in the Seattle and Phoenix markets.
James Alexander Eason Jr. is a meticulous Revenue Management Leader with over 20 years of expertise in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Cresent in 2022, James led the revenue management efforts for The Ritz-Carlton and Langham Hospitality Group in North America.
James has held several leadership roles in the industry, including Regional Director of Revenue Management at Langham Hospitality Group and Sr Director of Revenue Strategy with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company He has a proven track record of driving property and portfolio performance, improving business processes, and managing high-profile strategic initiatives.
James attended the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and the University of Maryland, where he studied Business Administration and Management and Aerospace Engineering, respectively. He also holds a Pulmonary Certification from the United States Air Force where he proudly served in the early 90's.
Karrie is a seasoned hospitality leader with a career spanning travel technology, digital marketing, lifestyle hotels, and resorts. From early roles with Sabre and Travelocity to leadership positions with Hilton and lifestyle hotel portfolios, she has built her career around brand transformation, storytelling, and experience-driven hospitality.
Passionate about lifestyle and soft-branded hotels, Karrie has led openings, renovations, repositioning, and independent-to-brand transitions for notable properties including PGA National Resort, Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, Horseshoe Bay Resort, La Posada de Santa Fe, The St. Anthony, A Luxury Collection Hotel, and the opening of The REMI, and The Luce, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, in addition to destination dining concepts including Esencia and Anacacho Coffee & Cantina.
Outside of hospitality, Karrie enjoys spending time with family and finding inspiration through connection, creativity, and adventure.
Camille started her journey in hospitality in her very first job as a dishwasher in her sweet hometown of Chicago. Fast-forward 20 years, Camille has operated, opened, rebranded, and renovated several flagged, independent, lifestyle, and luxury hotels and restaurants with the most recent being the 26th Le Meridien in the United States, Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton.
In her tenured career in sales and marketing, Camille has led opening and rebranding efforts for several high-profile hotel projects including The Zachary, A Tribute Hotel, Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop, Hotel Sax, and more in sales and marketing leadership roles. She has also pulled through full scope renovations for Marriott, Radisson, and Embassy Suites.
Along with all things hotel and marketing, Camille enjoys sunny Sunday-Fundays, trying new restaurants, playing 18 holes with her two sons, and browsing Humanesociety.com to rename the cute pups.
Dabe Rybicki is a luxury hospitality marketing leader with a track record spanning premier urban hotels, lifestyle properties, and destination resorts across New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, and Maui. Her career has been defined by brand-defining work at some of the most recognized names in luxury hospitality — The Ritz-Carlton, Andaz, and Hyatt Centric — where she has led integrated marketing, PR, and commercial strategy for properties that consistently earn top-tier industry recognition, including Forbes Five-Star distinctions, Condé Nast Traveler honors, Travel + Leisure and AFAR awards, and recognition as "Best Hotel in Hawaii."
Dabe brings deep expertise across the full commercial marketing spectrum, including brand positioning, experiential programming, openings, and repositioning's — with particular strength in the full-service, food and beverage-forward environments that define true luxury hospitality. She has partnered closely with F&B teams to build programming, storytelling, and promotional strategies that drive both covers and brand equity, understanding that a hotel's dining experience is as central to its reputation as its rooms.
Beyond property-level impact, Dabe has been recognized for her leadership with Marriott's Marketing Special Achievement Leader of the Year and multiple Top Performer honors — a reflection of her ability to deliver results while elevating the teams and brands around her.
